POSITION: PLANT INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICIAN
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ø Responsible for the plant industrial electrical operations of the ready-mix concrete plant. It is also included the maintenance of all electrical/electronic machinery, control boards, motor controllers, aircon units, and other electro/electrical equipment, ensuring that they are always in good operating condition.
Ø Repairs and troubleshoots, and does preventive maintenance of all AC/DC motors, including electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic control.
Ø Installs electrical/ electronic equipment and control panel.
Ø Reading and interpreting specifications and blueprints
Ø Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
Ø Conduct preventive maintenance on central mixing plant, weighing scales, and other plant types of equipment.
Ø Safe keeps all electronic and electrical, hand tools, test instruments, and other electrical/electronic devices including work the area sees to it that everything is in order.
Ø Reading and interpreting specifications and blueprints
Ø Installing, servicing, and repairing conduits, wiring, and fixtures
Ø Conducting electronic inspections and tests
Ø Grounding electrical systems
Ø Servicing generators, motors, and high voltage systems
Ø Performing electrical work on environmental regulating systems, pumps, and industrial lighting systems
Ø Installing, maintaining, and repairing heavy-duty equipment and industrial communications systems
Ø Cleaning circuit boards and contacts
Ø Oiling motors and replacing wiring[3]
Ø Troubleshooting and repairing electrical components
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ø Candidate must possess at least Electrical Engineering Technology/Electrical Instrumentation Technology Graduate or equivalent
Ø With at least 2-5 years experience as a Plant Industrial Electrician
Ø With experience in a batching plant operation
Ø Can render overtime and work during weekends and holidays if necessary
Willing to be assigned in Taytay and Taguig Plant
