-Must be a graduate of BS Psychology or BS Human Resources Management
-Preferably with 3-5 years HR work experience in manufacturing
-Has background on ISO 9001 and document control
-Has firm background on all HR facets, union and labor relations
-Knowledgeable on basic Microsoft Office Applications (Word/Excel/Powerpoint)
-Can render overtime and work during weekends and holidays if necessary
-With excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
-With good moral character
-Work assignment : Rosario, Batangas
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Supervision on HR Assistant and Company Nurse; coordination with UNION
-Ensures that the employee's job description is always current and up to date in coordination with Department Heads and Supervisors.
-Identifies training gaps between required skills and actual skills demonstrated by the employee.
-Sees to it that the company Code of Conduct is implemented fairly and equitably.
-Maintains HR documents, files, and records (201 files, government contributions, and labor relations files)
-Is knowledgeable in administering and interpretation of psychological test
-Administration: monitoring/requisition of ADMIN supplies/consumables, fixtures and others
-HR: Employee Relations, Training and development, Talent Acquisition,and performance evaluation
