We urgently need:
 
PLANT FACILITIES AND MAINTENANCE MANAGER
 
Salary Range: 25-30K
 
Qualification:
Graduate in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineer.
Must have 3 – 5 years experience Plant Facilities and Maintenance Managerial Position in a Manufacturing firm.
Leadership Skill (how to handle and lead the projects, monitoring of subordinates and completing the task on time).
Must have expertise and proficiency with basic office computer software, e.g., word processing, email, and spreadsheets.
Has good interpersonal relationships; a flexible but firm attitude, which can easily relate to any type of personality in the workplace.
With good analytical skills
Highly motivated, honest and hardworking.
Able to work extended hours on occasions when required.
