PLANT ENGINEER
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least with 5 or above years of relevant experience as a plant engineer in a canned food manufacturing company.
Must have at least 5 or above years of managerial or supervisory experience.
With valid driver's license.

With high enthusiasm and good technical abilities.
Must have innovative and team working skills.
Should have the ability to work well under pressure.
Must have the motivation to work extra hours when necessary.
Should have critical thinking and good in problem-solving.
Must have good interpersonal skills and can work harmoniously with others.
Should be respectful, trustworthy, reliable, and hardworking.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Adept in Factory Machines/ Equipment Trouble Shooting and Maintenance (i.e. boiler, chiller, and seaming machines)
Knowledgeable in building and equipment maintenance
Makes plans using detailed drawings.
Prepares estimates and budgets.
Designs engineering experiments and creates accurate project specifications.
Submits technical reports and completes regulatory documents concerning safety issues.
Collects and analyzes data and prepares operational plans..
