Role Overview:
Develops, implements, and promotes occupational health and safety programs in the Plant (in close partnership with Safety Officers).
Renders professional nursing care to sick employees of the company and monitors their health status.
Serves at on site clinic in the specified regular days and hours of duty and manage medicine and supplies dispensing, inventory and requisition.
Manages and assists in the health and medical benefits and compensation (SSS, ECC) and approval of the medical reimbursements of the employees.
Ensures compliance of the Plant to all statutory health requirements.
Candidate Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Nursing, licensure required
Must have completed the 40-hour Basic Occupational Safety and Health Training, First Aid, ACLS/BLS and other OHS related trainings
With 3-5 years relevant experience in Occupational Health and Safety
Proficient in MS Office Application, Project Management, Database Administration, and People Handlin
