Job Description
Acts as Plant security coordinator. Supervise the Third-Party Security Service Provider in the proper implementation of plant security and safety protocols.
Investigates incidents relating to safety and security Liaises and coordinates with government law enforcement units investigations in which the plant is directly or indirectly involved.
Establish an intelligence network with Law enforcement units and LGU.
Conducts safety inspection, recommendations, and measures Investigates security and safety anomalies and product discrepancies whenever an issue arises.
Supports and assists the ECSE in the conduct of OSH inspection, Disaster Response, and Environmental Compliances and training, licensing, and safety implementation.
Enforce Plant's strict adherence to the mandate Corporate and Division Security Office
Ensures that the plant is a labor-friendly and safe environment, free from extremists influence, infiltration, and exploitation. Monitors Labor Union activities, if any.
