JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Accounting Technology
CPA is an advantage, but not required
A minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience preferably with exposure in plant operations
Superb leadership and communication skills.
Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Proven skills in using spreadsheets (Excel)
Works with initiative and requires minimal supervision
Driven, dedicated to work
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Analyzing trends, costs, revenues and financial commitment.
Prepares analysis reports of accounting activities and data.
Responsible for anything related to the finances of manufacturing plant
Tracks inventory on day to day basis
Ensures all variances incurred along the process are supported by solid explanation
Supervises cycle counts / physical counts and works in close coordination with internal auditors
Provides evaluation as to efficiency and utilization of labor force
Ensures that all the assets of the company tagged secured.
