Description
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course or at least College level
- At least five (3) years work experience in the same field and position.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Mentally and physically fit
- Good interpersonal relationship skills
- Good analytical skills
- Knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint (with emphasis on Excel spreadsheets)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Encodes Purchase Orders and forecast from Customers.
2. Prepares Order review which includes checking of 4M1E requirement to fulfill the order. It will be submitted to Supervisor for checking and verification.
3. Prepares Work Orders and line item summary for issuance to Production. This includes revision should need arises.
4. Compute and update daily RM usage based on daily production output.
5. Monitors compliance of Production with Work orders and update daily production plan.
6. Plan and maintain acceptable level of inventory as a result of periodic planning analysis. This will be performed on a weekly and monthly basis with coordination with Material Controller.
7. Accomplish Purchase Request as a result of the activity above for submission to Supervisor.
8. Ensures correctness of data for raw material forecasting and raw material delivery schedule in compliance to Production plan. This shall be coordinated and reported to Supervisor.
9. Coordinates sectional activities with other concerned Sections/Departments.
10. Ensures accuracy and timeliness of periodic and special reports submission.
11. Perform other activities assigned by immediate superior.
