Qualifications
1. Minimum of 1-year experience in the precast industry.
2. Experience in a Manufacturing and /or Construction industry - preferably in Precast
3. Knowledgeable in Planning Management
4. Computer literate - specifically advanced excel and MS Projects
5. Good planning, organizing, and analyzing skills
6. Good problem solving and decision-making skills
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
1. Plan and prepare a general production schedule for manufacturing of Precast products
2. Continuously model the steps of manufacturing in different diagrams
3. Arrange a master schedule for an overview of the expected factory workload
Meet and attend meetings with Production Manager and Supervisor to discuss the progress made and any issues that may arise over the course of production
4. Prepare a production report to highlight utilization, efficiency as well as resource productivity.
5. Progress monitoring of production on a regular basis. Anticipate and resolve problems, bottlenecks, and scheduling conflicts
6. Prepares monthly report reflecting production progress summary. Report to Immediate Head about the current production progress and make a comparison between plan and actual progress and study impact of alternative approaches to work
7. Provide an immediate solution to potential problems for efficient execution
8. Monitor critical activities based on the production schedule and advise Production Manager
9. Perform other duties and responsibilities when directed by the Immediate Head
