JOB DESCRIPTION :
Receiving of orders in a daily basis and add to List of Order summary by downloading and filtering the valid orders using Web Application Blue Data Miner Table.
Generate shipment Plan in weekly basis to determine the priority in manufacturing by preparing the weekly schedule and post to Daily Operation Review Board. Shipment plan performance and progress will be sent in a daily basis.
Creates job order upon received the order commit delivery date using Syspro ERP system and release the shop papers to production for product realization.
Expediting Jobs of the Sales Order to aligned with the weekly shipment plan by monitoring the progress and summarize the status of jobs and discuss to Daily Operation Meeting.
Coordinate to concerned department for the parts/components that encountered problem that might affect delivery commitment dates by presiding meeting and/or providing the list of remaining jobs to meet the delivery.
Outsource fabrication job to reduce the lead time and workload when needed.
Provide update to customer service representative for the latest shipment status in a daily basis to have the summary of order to ship by sending thru email and provide recovery date for the sales order that needs to re-schedule due to encountered problem.
Records all the following reasons of delays that affect the shipment in a weekly basis to determine the problem root causes that will be used in data analysis and corrective / preventive action.
Reviews the list of WIP jobs to manage the necessary job in production by checking, closing and cleaning the inactive or no longer valid jobs for production.
Maintains/Update the Manufacturing Commit Date (MCD Date) of the account Sales Order in both Syspro Company P and D to determine the scheduled ship date by populating this field in the timely manner.
Interpret Engineering changes to determine new requirements for materials and correct BOM pick list by referring to BOM Revision Notice.
Participate in Material Review Board on dispositioning the non-conforming materials.
Handles Infineon Consignment Orders to secure the smooth process of stocking, shipment to customer and replenishment of inventory.
Participate to 8D, 5S' activity when needed and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering Discipline.
Experience: 1-2 years' experience in Planning , with Background on Production and Material Planning.
Skills/Technical Requirements: Advance knowledge of MS Excel and with good oral and written communication skills. Detail oriented, with good basic math skills. Familiar with personal computers and computerized inventory systems.
