SPECIFIC TASKS AND DUTIES     
 
-          Plan and Coordinate with the production team to achieve the required lead time.
-          Monitor project status and send timely reports to the management and customer.
-          Adapt schedules where needed based on unforeseen events during production or changing priorities.
-          Forecast production materials of projected orders to the warehouse.
-          Make reports and documentation for material mill certificates of all materials used in the project.
-          Liaise with production, purchasing, and warehouse to incorporate any parameter impacting the scheduling process.
-          Tracking production volume and monitoring customer demand patterns.
-          Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production.
-          Scheduling over overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products.
-          Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your manager.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS                   
 
-       Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
-        Can be a fresh graduate but preferably with 2-3 years' experience.
-        Analytical and mathematical mind, capable of evaluating and solving various complex problems.
-        Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with all levels of employees.
-       Organizational competencies and project management skills to keep projects, processes the entire engineering team on track.
-       Proficiency in Microsoft Office and material management systems
-       Organizational and time management skills.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
