Project Description
NEOM Project Summary: Saudi Arabian Bechtel Company will provide executive project management consultancy services (including technical, commercial and construction management) for the development of certain defined aspects of the NEOM Infrastructure in the Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia. NEOM is a planned cross-border city in the Tabuk Province of northwestern Saudi Arabia. The site is near the Red Sea and the borders of Egypt, Israel and Jordan. It will cover a total area of 26,500 km2 (10,200 sq mi) and will extend 460 km along the coast of the Red Sea. NEOM will be the home and workplace to more than a million residents from around the world. It will include towns and cities, ports and enterprise zones, research centers, sports and entertainment venues, and tourist destinations. As a hub for innovation, entrepreneurs, business leaders and companies will come to research, incubate and commercialize new technologies and enterprises in groundbreaking ways.
Role Overview
Performs schedule development, maintenance, and monitoring activities, as directed
Position Duties / Responsibilities
Responsible for assigned scheduling functions. Direct interface with management, and field teams as necessary for cost and schedule control monitoring, analysis and reporting
Provides day-to-day support to project team, and detailed monitoring and analysis of project budgets, schedules and actuals. Interfaces with other members of the project team, customers and others
Updates and maintains the project schedule data base information
Provides support to project financial reporting and trending functions and the invoice/billing review process as required
Provides support to PC Supervisor as requested
Supervises other project controls engineers for specific focus areas
Independently provides financial, cost reporting, trending analysis and recommends corrective actions
Responsible for analysis, development and presentation of impact integration measures
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Business Management
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Project Controls Experience
Intermediate level of proficiency in Excel
Experience in other areas of project controls (planning, scheduling, estimating, etc.)
Good Command of P6 and Power BI
