Job Description
onsemi is seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join the Global Supply Chain Operations team. As a Materials Demand Analyst, you will support the continuous improvement of Substrate & EPI planning team's systems & processes. A successful Materials Demand Analyst will enhance reporting, improve business processes, and collaborate with global stakeholders.
Performance Objectives
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:
.Work across the organization and within GSCO processes to interpret wafer demand requirements
.Coordinate with Sr Management to create, maintain and improve forecasting processes for Substrate and EPI wafers
.Create 6 quarter forecast deriving from BoQ process (or other signals), interpreting Front End demand for substrate and EPI demand by site
.Collaborate on long term forecasting, interpreting strategy into actionable items
.Deliver Substrate & EPI forecasts to planning, logistics & procurement team members
.Establishes monthly, quarterly and yearly processes to communicate future demand by site, technology, market segment etc
.Collaborates with supply chain partners to identify supply shortages
.Proposes allocations between suppliers to satisfy demand & LTA's
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
-BS/MS degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering or related field
-Minimum of 2-4 years experience in semiconductor supply chain planning or related field.
-Familiar with manufacturing operations and environment.
-Candidate is expected to have strong team skills and ability to be effective in a wide range of settings:
-Strong team contributor able to work with moderate guidance
-Receptive to peer mentoring and coaching
-Able to communicate the essence of the problem to senior management in focused, business-relevant language
-Advanced Excel, & Microsoft Suite skills
-Preferred Knowledge and Experience:
Semiconductor industry experience.
Experience with ERP systems and processes.
