PIPE FITTER
Responsible for assembling, installing, maintaining, and repairing piping systems that transport water, air, slurry, fuel, or chemicals within the site. This role requires skill in reading blueprints and isometric drawings, cutting and welding pipes, and ensuring leak-free, secure connections in high-pressure and hazardous environments.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Install and assemble pipes, fittings, and supports for process systems
Read and interpret piping blueprints, isometric drawings, and specifications
Perform pipe cutting, threading, bending, welding, and fitting
Test pipe systems for leaks and ensure proper alignment and sealing
Maintain and repair existing pipe networks within the mining facility
Observe strict safety practices during all installations and repairs
