Job Description
Coordination of daily operations including staff activities
Involvement in pig husbandry and handling activities
Uphold a high standard of biosecurity, health, and welfare
Record keeping and reporting, including production, management, and quality assurance reports
Ensure the farm/site is meeting regulatory requirements
Support a positive working environment and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
A minimum of 10 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
Must have IELTS UKVI with a 4.0 score per category.
Must have TESDA NC II or Trade Test Certificate in Animal Production (Swine).
In-depth knowledge in managing a Pig Farm, actively involved with all areas of the pig breeding unit in order to meet the business requirements.
Must be competent in determining financial, staffing & other short & long term needs of the farm.
Must be competent in producing & maintaining records of production, finance & breeding.
Responsible for marketing and arrangements for the sale of livestock.
