Master's degree or higher in physical therapy from an accredited program
Current and valid physical therapy license in the state of practice
Minimum of three years of clinical experience as a physical therapist in various settings
Knowledge of Medicare compliance regulations and documentation requirements for physical therapy services
Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and software applications for data entry and management
Ability to review, analyze, and evaluate physical therapy notes and records for accuracy, completeness, and quality
Ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance to physical therapists on documentation standards and best practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
