Description
The primary role of a Team Lead in Operations is to manage an assigned team of individual contributors in meeting or exceeding customer service level agreement, completion of team projects, adherence to operating standards and enforcement of company policies through effective people development, team engagement and performance management capabilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduate of accredited Registered Nursing Program with current, unrestricted license as RN in the Philippines preferably with experience in Utilization Review, Utilization Management, Coding, Back office, Organizational Development, and other CPO related processes.
• At least 1 year of recent & pertinent clinical/hospital or similar experience
• At least 2 years of recent & pertinent supervisory or managerial experience
• Clinical Subject Matter Expertise with the use of technical and professional knowledge and skills to accomplish results related to the process handled.
Desired:
• Ability to use PC and widely used software packages, especially Microsoft Office handling of spread sheets and word processing
• Effective oral/written communication skills
• Type minimum of 30 wpm with excellent accuracy
• Good negotiating skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to be detail oriented and be able to work independently
• Knowledge of insurance industry and claims processing.
