Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT support (Technical & HUBS) and a PHP Developer to join our team. This role involves providing technical support, managing HUBS operations, and enhancing/developing the Velez Group system. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT support, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and PHP development.
 
Key Responsibilities
IT Support (Technical & HUBS):
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring system security and efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for end-users and HUBS operations.
Install, configure, and update software and hardware components.
Monitor system performance and implement necessary improvements.
Ensure data backups and security protocols are properly maintained.
Collaborate with different teams to provide IT solutions that improve operations.
PHP Development & System Enhancement:
Develop, enhance, and maintain the Velez Group system using PHP, MySQL, and related technologies.
Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following best practices.
Perform system debugging, testing, and optimization to improve performance.
Integrate third-party APIs and improve system functionalities.
Work closely with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to implement new features.
Ensure the security and scalability of the system.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT support and troubleshooting technical issues.
Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Laravel or CodeIgniter.
Strong understanding of networking, system administration, and database management.
Experience in managing IT infrastructure and supporting business applications.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in cloud services and server management.
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
Familiarity with ERP or enterprise system development.
