Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop using PHP MVC frameworks (Laravel)
- Connect web apps with third-party API's to create integrated systems
- Optimise website code to ensure stability and high performance
- Develop a website using WordPress CMS (converting HTML into a theme)
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years of working experience with backend development in PHP
A Successful Candidate must have
- Experience working with PHP and potentially other backend frameworks
- Experience with MySQL, reading, writing, profiling and debugging complex SQL scripts
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Ability to make customisations to existing WordPress themes
- Knowledge of agile software development methodologies
