*Job Qualifications:
· Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Information System, Industrial Engineering, Economics or any equivalent course
· Highly skilled and has expertise in PHP programming language
· Background in Mathematical/Statistical interpretation of reports/analysis is an advantage
· Has an analytical approach to data and is keen on details.
· With excellent interpersonal skills and well-oriented in all facets of customer care services.
· Amenable to work in Quezon City
*General Duties and Responsibilities:
· Conducts innovative research based on a new trend to be used in the development of existing products.
· Develop designs and creation of scalable software
· Do the functional code on the front-end and back-end
· Building new system, modules, and functions
· Testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues
· Attend to escalated incident reports and ensure to meet client requirements based on Service Level Agreement (SLA). Create and document all performed short-term and long-term fixes.
