Job Description
Capture high-resolution photographs of properties, products, and spaces.
Ensure proper lighting, composition, and framing to highlight the unique features of each subject.
Work with clients to understand their specific photography requirements and deliver exceptional results.
Utilize specialized equipment and software to capture and stitch together 360-degree photos into seamless virtual tours.
Create interactive and engaging virtual tour experiences for real estate listings, businesses, and other clients.
Customize virtual tours according to client preferences and project specifications.
Proficiently edit photos to enhance their visual appeal, ensuring colors, lighting, and details are optimized.
Retouch images when necessary to remove imperfections and ensure a polished final product.
Collaborate with clients to incorporate their branding elements into the edited photos.
Expertise in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
Knowledge of specialized software for 360 photo stitching and virtual tour creation.
Stay updated with the latest photography and virtual tour technologies and techniques.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to drive and willingness to travel to customers' sites.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
Bachelor's degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Proven experience as a professional photographer, with a portfolio showcasing diverse photography styles and subjects.
Strong expertise in photo editing, retouching, and color correction techniques.
Experience in 360-degree photography and virtual tour creation, including proficiency in stitching software.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within specified timelines.
Strong communication skills to understand client requirements and collaborate effectively.
Relevant certifications or specialized training in virtual tour creation and 360-degree photography are a plus.
