Job Summary: 
The Photo Editor is responsible for editing, enhancing, and preparing images for client delivery while maintaining high quality and consistency. This role follows a work-from-home (VA-style) setup, requiring candidates to work independently using their own computer and stable internet connection.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
Edit and enhance photos based on client guidelines and company standards
Perform color correction, exposure adjustments, cropping, and image optimization
Execute complex editing tasks such as virtual staging, object removal, sky replacement, and advanced retouching
Handle various photo formats and work across different editing platforms and tools
Manage high-volume editing while meeting deadlines and turnaround times. 
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality control before submission.
Organize, rename, and manage files according to workflow requirements
Communicate progress, issues, and completion updates with the team.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Photo Editor (required)
Skilled in Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop
Experience editing across different platforms and handling multiple photo formats
Knowledgeable in complex editing techniques (e.g., virtual staging, object removal, advanced retouching)
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable communication skills in a remote setup.
