The Pharmacy Assistant helps the Pharmacist in front operations (dispensing, selling, cashiering and customer service) and back operations functions (stock management and other retail processes appropriate to their level.
He/ She is expected to serve customer is a Fast, Accurate, Convenient, Informative and Personalized Service following the Dispensing Guidelines, Service & Selling Standards and always refer any questions regarding prescriptions, drug information or health matters to the Pharmacist.
1. Assists in achieving store sales target
2. Aggressive selling and cross selling of all related products, promotions and Generics
3. Monitors product shelf life, record expiry dates and display merchandise accordingly
4. Cleans and organizes stocks in his/ her area of assignment, maintain cleanliness and orderliness of pharmacy dispensing area and other fixtures
5. Replenishes and maintain security of merchandise
6. Implements sales promotions
7. Maintain correct and complete processing of sales transactions
8. Secures customer payments
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, any field
·Required Skill(s): Sales, Customer Service
