PHARMACY ASSISTANTWork base: Cebu City
Primary responsibilities:
Assist Pharmacist in dispensing the drugs.
Responsible for the cleanliness of the cabinets and monitors the expiry dates of the drugs
Acts as a stock-clerk in the pharmacy hospital
Recorded daily prescription transaction log
Maintained weekly inventory of medical supplies
Responsible for keeping over-the-counter stock in supply
Called respective stations to confirm prescriptions were ready for pick up
Provided counseling to customers answering queries about health needs
Managed supplies received and filed invoices
Ensured accuracy of prescription orders as needed
Managed and updated accurate patient files to avoid drug interactions and other unwanted occurrences
Qualifications:
At least a 2nd year college graduate
Has Pharmacy Services NC II certification
Honest, diligent, obedient and will good character
Able to work well with others
Has a neat in in appearance and able to deal pleasantly and tactfully with customers
Able to give excellent customer service
Clerks need good basic mathematics skills and good manual dexterity.
