- Review denied claims
- Manages incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Verifying denial claims by making outbound calls to concerned parties (pharmacy, doctor and client)
- Other tasks may assign from time to time
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- With updated PRC license
- Must have excellent English communication skills
- With working experience in BPO industry is an advantage
- Willing to work in night shift / shifting schedule
- Willing to be assigned in Clarkview, Angeles City, Pampanga
*The compensation package of Php17,000.00-Php25,000.00 is inclusive of incentives and allowances. The basic salary varies depending on your assessment
