JOB DESCRIPTION
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides guidance and direction on patients and evaluates work performance of the pharmacist
to ensure that patients needs are met.
- Provides drug control considering proper storage and dispensing and ensures that all
states and drug laws are followed.
- Provides proper record keeping and billing.
- Ensures that all records for administering drugs are kept correctly.
- Performs monthly inventory and assures that expiry is properly check.
- Responsible in checking and receiving deliveries.
- Provides drug information as necessary to patients, Nursing and Medical Staff.
- Monitors, Encodes and secures daily transactions are updated and accurate.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of BS Pharmacy with updated PRC License
- Male/ Female
- 18 years old and above
- Able to work on a shifting schedule
- Having the knowledge on how to provide pharmaceutical services at all times,
through an adequate supply of safe, effective and good quality drugs in appropriate
dosage consistent with their needs.
- Possess good attitude and can adapt easily on the new working environment.
- Willing to be trained and Learn.
- Can start ASAP and work in Cainta, Rizal
