Job Description
I. JOB SUMMARY
As a pharmacist, one will be in charge of preparing and giving patients the proper medications. You can accomplish this through carrying out a doctor's order or by attending to the patient's issues and requirements. High levels of responsibility and knowledge are required for the position. The skill and enthusiasm to help people and offer them information and answers make a Pharmcist more than just a dispenser of prescription medication.
To ensure proper pharmaceutical use and establish a reputation as the people's reliable ally in the fight against health problems. You can then give the pharmacy and society the most benefit possible.
II. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Examine and carry out doctor's orders while ensuring their suitability and legality.
Organize the pharmacy well to facilitate and speed up product identification.
Maintain complete control over the delivery, stocking, labelling, and condition monitoring of medicines and other products to avoid expiration or degradation.
As you carefully listen to your consumers, you may determine their requirements and problems and provide information and suggestions.
When necessary, prepare medications with the proper dosages and ingredients for each specific patient.
Maintain records of the patient's history and of all actions involving powerful medications.
Attend conferences and seminars, work with other healthcare experts, and stay up to date on medical breakthroughs.
Observe all applicable legal requirements, laws, and regulations.
III. Qualifications:
· Graduate of BS Pharmacy
· Licensed or Registered Pharmacist
· At least 1 year of work experience
