Description
Process FDA LTO applications and FDA product registrations
Ensuring compliance with applicable government rules and regulation of FDA
File, monitor, and closely follow-up status of applications with the Food and Drug Administration
Files amendments/variations with the Food and Drug Administration
Knowledgeable in handling regulatory affairs
Represents the company in filing and submitting all necessary documents/requirements to secure and maintain various Licenses to Operate (LTO) with FDA
Maintains and updates a masterfile of LTO, products registrations (CPRs), Supplier's Contracts, Standards Operating Procedures, and monitors validity and renewal
Does other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Attentive to details analytically
Develop and evaluate new product with Marketing
Excellent problem-solving skills
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 1
