Description
Performs monthly inventory and assures that expiry date is properly check
- Responsible in checking and receiving of deliveries from different supplies in case chief pharmacist is out of duty
- Entering daily transaction into the computer and into the kardex
-Avails of continuous educational programs and training and to attend whenever there is product presentation to enhance knowledge of new drugs available in the market
- Provides drug information as necessary to medical and nursing staff
- Records all filed up prescription into additional dangerous drug book that will be kept for a period of 2 years and shall be open for inspection by proper authorities anytime of the day
- Assist the distraction of empty vials
- Responsible in stamping of Hospital logo in stamping
- Provide adequate drug control by monitoring proper drug handling
- Provides a service education to pharmacy items and student
- Participates actively in the activities of diffirent committees
- Serves as the secretary of the Therapeutics Committee
- Avail of continuous educational programs and trainings
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
