Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing professional information on medicines as well as dispensing selling of drugs in accordance with the government regulatory agencies.
Execute the sales and operations plan in alignment with the brand strategy and within agreed performance standards
Forecast and propose sales plans based on clearly defined assumptions using available sales and market information.
Take responsibility for development in anticipation of future business needs.
Efficiently operate and execute improvement initiatives based on agreed productivity standards.
Collect data on acute / non- acute markets, and other indicators of demand
Provide feedback on trends and present any recommendations for improvements.
Qualify all sales leads, allocate as appropriate, and drive leads through the sales process by performing follow-up activities
Promote and represent the corporate culture and core values in all aspects of job duties
Engages inpatient counseling and queries on drug-related matters
 Technical Qualifications and Skills Required:
Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree or at least
 2yrs in Nursing,
Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Biology, or equivalent;
Preferably with at least two years of experience in the medical drugs and device industry; * Knowledge about the hospital's structure and process flow is an advantage;
PRC licensed is an advantage
Must be results-oriented and driven to achieve objectives;
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills;
Must be resourceful in product marketing and relationship building, whether face-to-face or virtual. * Relevant experience in medical sales as PSR (Pharmaceutical Sales Representative)
Medical Representative is an advantage
Amiable, good communicator with high level interpersonal skills
Strong Sales Research background and skills is a plus
Previous Market and Salesforce Research experience in the medical field.
Experience in Sales Marketing in Pharmaceutical industries is a plus
