Job Summary:
 
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Regulatory and Compliance Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring the compliance of our business products with all relevant government regulations and obtaining the necessary permits and licenses. Your role will be instrumental in safeguarding our company's reputation, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting our growth while maintaining the highest standards of ethics.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Stay updated on industry-specific regulations, legislation, and standards of FDA and other Governmental Bodies.
Develop a deep understanding of the regulatory framework governing our business products.
Monitor changes in laws and regulations and ensure the company's compliance.
Identify and obtain all required permits, licenses, and certifications for our business operations.
Establish and maintain a comprehensive permit and license tracking system and ensure timely renewals and updates of permits and licenses.
Maintain accurate and organized records related to permits, licenses, and compliance activities.
Ensure documentation is readily accessible for inspections and audits.
Competencies:
Preferably a Registered Pharmacist.
Proven experience in regulatory and compliance roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations of FDA and other Governmental Bodies.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
