QUALIFICATONS:
• BS Nursing Graduate with Active PRC RN license
• 1 year Hospital bedside experience
• 1 year medical bills or documents review, coding
• Must be residing within NCR +
Responsibilities:
• This involves the review of medical bills and medical records, validation of medical coding, application of fee schedule or usual and customary amount, and negotiation of fees. Works in a fast-paced environment to achieve turn-around-time standards. Also, act as a clinical resource for medical service representatives.
• Acts as clinical review consultant for Medical Services Representatives and makes recommendations for training as necessitated. Conducts training sessions, as appropriate
• Contributes to the ongoing development of the Clinical Bill Review program by identifying new trends in medical billing and/or medical coding; or new procedures/devices that could benefit from clinical bill review.
