-Respond to or create customer emails to promote and sell products and services.
-Handle customer concerns, needs and requirements.
-Respond and resolve customer inquiries.

Experience/Skills:

-Excellent English communication skills both spoken and written.
-Email Support experience (creating own email and not using canned responses) in the BPO industry for at least 2 years
-Typing skills: at least 45 words per minute with 95% accuracy
-Knowledge of Windows application, Microsoft Word and Excel, or similar software applications, proficiency preferred
-Proficient in critical thinking skills, listening skills and conflict resolution

-This campaign will be on a graveyard shift for training
-This campaign would require you to take in calls for the first 4 weeks after training
-After finishing the said term (6 weeks in total) you will be doing email support (95% voice, 5% voice) in a day shift schedule for TBPO.
