Description
1. Overall in-charge of preparation and remittance of employees' governmental mandatory benefits such as SSS, Philhealth & Pagibig.
2. Process & updates employees' loan from governmental mandatory benefits: sickness, maternity, housing and all other offered loans by the government.
3. Checks the employees government numbers and makes sure that they comply.
4. In-charge of online payment and posting of government contributions.
5. Performs other duties as maybe assigned from time to time.
Qualification
Graduate of Business Administration/ Psychology or any related course
At least 1 year experience in HR Benefits
Familiar with the Government Mandated Benefits and procedure of loans, contributions etc.
Willing to render overtime and work during holiday and rest day
With strong personality
