K ey Responsibilities .Execute customer transactions according to SM's PS Standards, while going over and above customer expectations. .Physically assist shoppersinstore, Take Orders/ assist in upselling and cross selling for customer family members .Does call out to Referrals/Suki/Prestige/SMAC/BDO diamond/VIP customers .Build, harness and nurture customer and customer family relationships for the future .Proactively offer advanced product offering and new trends to customers, inbound/outbound callers (Virtual or Voice) .Contact prospects who have responded to an advertising or direct marketing campaigns .Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents by using the right methods and tool Qualifications: .Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree .With minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in managerial capacity , preferably in retail management .Personable, creative, sales-oriented and with above average communication skills .Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours .Willing to be assigned in The SM Store Tuguegarao Uptown .Full time positions available
