Job Description
The secretary will take the role of administrative professional who plays an integral role in the business and other organization environments. The individual will maintain and organize office task, implement procedures and carry out administrative duties assigned. Reporting to the executive of the company, she will also be task to include common duties such as:
o Acting as a first point of contact
o Dealing with correspondence and phone calls
o Managing and organizing schedules, meetings and appointments
o Organizing documents and file
o Assist executive with project tasks
o Coordination with other organization and department
o Disseminate communications with other executives and concerned employees
o Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
Qualifications / Skills
College graduate of any 4 year course
Oral and written English proficiency
Willing to be stay-in employee
Proficient documentation and typing skills
Proficient use of Word, Excel, Power Point and relative applications
Customer service oriented and speaks the local dialect
