We are looking for an Personal Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks. Personal Assistant's responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports. JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for managing schedules
Handle the emails, meetings, take care of petty cash, inventory and future travels
Works closely and effectively with the owner to keep her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
Acts as a "barometer" having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the owner updated
Keeping the office and affairs organized and maintaining a comprehensive filing system
Provides leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the company, and manages a variety of special projects for the owner some of which may have organizational impact
