Description
Responsibilities:
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondences and phone calls.
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments. Often controlling access to the managers/executives and their schedules.
- Booking and arranging transport and accommodation
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
- Preparing and filing of reports, presentations, and correspondences
- Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients.
- Monitoring ,collating and filing expenses.
- Encoding data done almost on a daily basis
- Provide support to the executive's needs personal and business related (mostly personal errands).
Requirements:
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Good phone etiquette
- Upbeat and positive, determined and results oriented.
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Capable of handling customer objections and rejection
- Ability to listen, identify a need and offer a solution to a potential customer.
- Computer literate with good data entry skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Comfortable and at ease with making calls.
- Self-motivated and a team player.
- Self starter with a good common sense .
- Must be willing to work beyond office hours when the need arises and on occasionally
on weekends.
