PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
2 to 4 years of experience
New JV company in Cebu City, Philippines with oversea branches
Responsibilities:
Act as the point of contact between the COO and internal/external clients
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Handle requests and queries appropriately
Manage and schedule meetings and appointments
Make travel arrangements
Take dictation and minutes
Conduct, prepare research data points and present findings
Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations
Qualifications:
Relevant secretarial training and qualifications, you will have proven experience as an all-round executive level PA
You must have excellent interpersonal, customer service, and time management skills, together with diplomacy, tact, and well developed organizational skills.
Proficient in computer technology especially Microsoft Office applications and you will need to be able to draft correspondence both standard and ad-hoc with minimal supervision ensuring both quality and accuracy in all your work
The work requires administrative ability and is often too tight deadlines where accuracy and confidentiality are essential requirements of the job
A professional degree holder required but not mandatory.
English and Korean language (reading/writing/speaking) proficiency is mandatory

Salary range: 23,000 -30,000
