Job Description:
Problem-Solving and Flexibility: The business owner needs someone with the ninja skills to tackle curveballs, make snap decisions, and find fixes when unexpected situations arise. Ready to roll with the punches in terms of working hours, 'cause international big shots have unpredictable schedules. The assistant should be able to hop on a plane at the drop of a hat when the boss needs backup during business trips or meetings.They should be ready to roll with the punches in terms of working hours, 'cause international big shots have unpredictable schedules.
Communication and People Skills: Stellar spoken and written communication for crafting emails, reports, and other boss-worthy docs, savvy understanding of different cultures and their quirks when working with folks from diverse backgrounds. and can rock a polished appearance and demeanor while representing the boss in all sorts of situations.
Tech Savvy: Nailing it with office software like Microsoft Office, email wrangling, and calendar wizardry. Keeping tabs on international laws and rules that might affect the business. Playing it cool with high-level confidentiality and handling sensitive info like a pro.
Admin and Organizational Skills: The knack for juggling multiple tasks, including appointments, emails, and various admin duties. Has a superb time management chops to tackle deadlines, especially in the fast-paced world of international business.
