Receiving and screening incoming emails and determining priorities.
Performing project-based work as assigned.
Managing and maintaining executives' schedules and appointments.
Coordinating travel itineraries and making travel arrangements.
Calendar Management (Scheduling & Time Coordination)
Meeting Support (Attending, Identifying Key Points & Action Steps for CEO)
Daily stand-ups and alignment calls
Once a week, in-person sync with the Executive
Assist with the Executive's Personal Projects
Task tracking and follow-ups
Cross-team liaison
Platform Management
Ideal Profile
You have at least 1 year of experience within an Executive Assistant / Virtual Assistant role, ideally within the Internet, IT and Professional Services industry.
You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
You can work with minimal supervision and multi-task effectively.
You have good computer skills (Google Suite and Notion).
You have working knowledge of Meeting Support, Task Tracking and Follow-ups, platform management and cross-team liason
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
You are a strong networker & relationship builder
