JOB DESCRIPTION
Under general supervision, performs supervisory, technical, administrative and support functions of Administrative Division (AD) and does other related works.
FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Acts as a Unit Head of a Section;
2. Provides administrative and technical support in the management of relief items;
3. Prepares memorandum/ proposal/ TOR and other correspondents of AD;
4. Develop and recommend improved warehousing and logistics plans/ packing and repacking of FFPs layout/donation facilitation systems/finance and quality control procedures and volunteers' assistance process;
5. Facilitate the procurement of different requirements in the office;
6. Provide technical and consultative services to DSWD Field Offices, SWADAs and stakeholders/partners related to warehousing and logistics management/production of FFPs/ internal control policies and standards implementation/ donation facilitation process and volunteers' assistance procedures;
7. Consolidate/reconcile data/reports of NRLMB;
8. Prepare communications and reports related to management of relief items;
9. Assist in the provision of technical assistance to FOs in the Management of relief items;
10. Assist in coordinating the general administrative services functions of NRLMB related to logistics capacity assessment;
11. Prepares periodic reports related to the stockpile inventory and request for augmentation of relief items;
12. Prepares reportorial requirements on warehousing and logistics for the DSWD EXECOM/ MANCOM and oversight agencies;
13. Reviews/ recommends the development and enhancement of policies/ guidelines/ systems/ procedures of NRLMB; and
14. Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
