Job Summary
The Performance Management Executive is responsible for managing scorecards, action points, and ultimately the company's performance. The PME is also responsible for communicating targets clearly, recommending ways to drive results, and facilitating company meetings.
Duties and Responsibilities
Drive team performance & achieve company targets
Ensure performance visibility across the company
Provide support to the Department Heads, especially the Sales Manager
Proactively recommend process improvements for better performance and customer experience
Manage various databases
Implement projects and ad hoc tasks
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related course
Background in Finance is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Software & NetSuite
Strong organizational, strategic, communication & interpersonal skills
Strong ethics and high level of self-discipline & integrity
