Responsible for the plant performance metrics calculations, analysis, and modeling, for the optimization of plant operations to maintain high Plant Efficiency as well as to prevent costly and unplanned shutdowns. He shall perform the collection, processing, analysis, and studies of Plant metrics, preparation and generation of reports, formulation of test procedures and provides analysis and recommendations for coal blending/usage and coal procurement.
Qualifications:
Must be a Licensed Chemical or Mechanical Engineer.
Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the power plant or heavy industries.
Working knowledge of ASME Performance Test Codes, including PTC-4, PTC-6 and PTC-46.
Understanding of power plant operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to analyze and solve complex issues and problems.
Goal-oriented with drive and passion to learn.
Capability to work independently or collaboratively with teams and support multiple tasks concurrently.
Proficient in writing both for technical and internal/external consumption.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
Must be willing to work in Bani, Masinloc, Zambales.
