Job Description
Due to recent growth, we are looking for 2 high energy Performance Coaches to work with agents and help enhance daily performance. This position requires a thorough understanding of process-based outbound sales and lead generation. Candidates must also have the ability to communicate and train these procedures in a scripted, effective manner. This person will be expected to motivate and coach agents in order to help them meet production goals and ensure call quality.
Job Responsibilities:
Training and performance coaching for Outbound Lead Generation agents.
Provide in-depth one on one coaching, training, and follow-up to optimize lead quality.
Monitor calls through real-time observations.
Help identify and improve deficiencies to build on the strengths of individual performers.
Skills Required:
Understanding of call center operations and performance coaching
Solid knowledge of outbound sales process and script adherence.
Ability to motivate and train while holding agents accountable to client goals.
Computer proficiency; mature work ethics and strong adherence to attendance and punctuality.
Salary:
50 to 65k per month, based on experience PLUS Monthly Bonuses
Special Requirements:
Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience managing and/or training outbound sales agents in a performance-based Call Center environment.
Experience in outbound lead generation for the US insurance market is a PLUS
High degree of personal integrity and business proficiency.
Positive attitude and ability to thrive at high levels in a stressful performance-based environment.
Ability to adapt to change and inspire others to strive for excellence.
Ability to analyze and solve problems
