Job Description
Due to recent growth, we are looking for 2 high energy Performance Coaches to work with agents and help enhance daily performance. This position requires a thorough understanding of process-based outbound sales and lead generation. Candidates must also have the ability to communicate and train these procedures in a scripted, effective manner. This person will be expected to motivate and coach agents in order to help them meet production goals and ensure call quality.
Job Responsibilities:
• Training and performance coaching for Outbound Lead Generation agents.
• Provide in-depth one on one coaching, training, and follow-up to optimize lead quality.
• Monitor calls through real-time observations.
• Help identify and improve deficiencies to build on the strengths of individual performers.
Skills Required:
• Understanding of call center operations and performance coaching
• Solid knowledge of outbound sales process and script adherence.
• Ability to motivate and train while holding agents accountable to client goals.
• Computer proficiency; mature work ethics and strong adherence to attendance and punctuality.
Salary:
50 to 65k per month, based on experience PLUS Monthly Bonuses
Special Requirements:
• Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience managing and/or training outbound sales agents in a performance-based Call Center environment.
• Experience in outbound lead generation for the US insurance market is a PLUS
• High degree of personal integrity and business proficiency.
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive at high levels in a stressful performance-based environment.
• Ability to adapt to change and inspire others to strive for excellence.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems
