Should be able to plan, organize, lead, control and continuous improvement required for the efficient and effective operations of the entire Global Integration organization that will ultimately contribute to the overall success of the company. You are great at: Establishes strategic goals choosing a course of action defining objectives evaluating outcomes. Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectation planning, monitoring, and appraising job results coaching, mentoring, and disciplining employees developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures. Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees maintaining a safe and secure work environment developing personal growth opportunities. Accomplishes resource management by forecasting demand and capacity analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions. Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and organization standards analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems identifying trends recommending improvements. Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering and supporting strategic plans tracked using Balance Scorecard in a monthly basis. Actively monitor Change Management related activities Conduct team monthly team meetings to provide business/organization/team updates and directions. Actively work with the Account Delivery Lead/ GEO Lead in formulating action and improvement plans. Monitor deliverables of the team members and ensure that key items are tracked through to completion. Be available to receive escalations and participate in resolution activities as needed. Monitor throughput of each team member and identify potential roadblocks preventing the individual from meeting the target. Understand demand and supply patterns and proactively assess team level requirements to ensure highest utilization possible. Ensure visibility and awareness on project timeline deliverables of team members. Represents Solution team in inter-organization collaboration meetings. What it takes: Has 8-10 years of professional work experience. Has at least 6 years of delivery experience in the IT industry and at least 2 years of management experience (including project and people management). Has managed a team of at least 10 people. Dynamic problem solver with customer focus. Has the ability to motivate and lead the team to meet challenging goals. Has experience in Resource Management, People Management, Performance Management and Mentoring and Coaching. Is detail-oriented but at the same time keeps tabs on the big picture. Must have very strong interpersonal skills including a demonstrated ability to partner with others, and be able to manage conflicts or complex relationships. Must be willing to work on mid shift or early US shift.
