About The Role:
The HR Business Partner is considered a Subject Matter Expert when it comes to employee disciplinary measures and/or company policies. This person also has Employee Engagement functions which includes recommending appropriate interventions, including policies or programs, that will maintain highly engaged and productive employees.
This Is What You'll Do:
Provide guidance and recommend action plans to managers in relation to employees with disciplinary and performance issues
Facilitate administrative hearings and employee meetings
Handle cases which involve employees at supervisory level
Conduct Employee Skip Level Meetings and Exit Interviews and recommend Action Plans to the management team
Policy Writing and Assessment
Evaluate the effectiveness of the programs/policies implemented by conducting surveys, providing analytics and presentation reports
Act as Point-Of-Contact for Global Projects and Roll-Outs such as but not limited to Performance Management System and driving compliance to mandatory trainings e.g. Code of Conduct, Privacy Training, etc.

Adaptable and flexible
​This Is What We're Looking For:
At least 2 years of relevant experience in a BPO or similar industry set-up
Graduate of a 4-year degree course in Psychology or equivalent
Employment Type: This is a full-time, regular position. The successful candidate will mostly work on the mid-shift but must be open to changing schedules depending on the need. Please note that the role is temporarily home-based but will be asked to report to McKinley Hill, Taguig once the Manila office opens again.
