Job Title: HR Business Partner
Department: People & Culture
Position Type: Full-Time
Location: McKinley Hill, Taguig (Temporary WFH)
This Is What You'll Do:
Provide strategic business partnering to stakeholders
Align business goals and objectives with employees.
Provide guidance and recommend action plans to managers in relation to employees with disciplinary and performance management.
Good experience in Employee Relations
Facilitate detailed notice to explain document
Facilitate administrative hearings and employee meetings
Handle cases involving employees
Conduct Employee Skip Level Meetings, Exit Interviews and recommend Action Plans to the management team
Policy Writing and Assessment
Act as Point-Of-Contact for Global Projects and Roll-Outs such as but not limited to Performance Management System and driving compliance to mandatory trainings e.g. Code of Conduct, Privacy Training, etc.
Other duties, as assigned
This Is What We're Looking For:
Excellent oral and written English communication skills
Knowledge on Philippine labor laws
Interpersonal skills and leadership ability
Keen to details, analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
Mature, collaborative, and able to handle confidential information/sensitive situations
Organizational and multi-tasking skills
Adaptable and flexible
Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in a BPO/Shared Services or similar industry set-up
Education: Graduate of a 4-year degree course in Psychology or equivalent
