ABOUT THIS ROLE
The HRBP or People & Culture (HRBP) will be responsible for assisting the Philippines People & Culture (P&C) Head in all Office Management, Mobility Requirement, Training. Labor Relations, & Employee Engagement initiatives of the company.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Labor Relations
Act as the business partner to the Philippines Team.
Assists in the handling of employee grievances and cases by conducting in-house investigations.
Ensure timely and fair resolution of labor/disciplinary issues of employees from (NTE) Notice to Explain Letter to Decision Memo (DM) issuance to observe due process
Development and maintain good relationships with local labor bureau as well as keeping UpToDate with local jurisprudence and laws that are impacting employees or business impacting.
Holds all employees accountable to the compliance of the policies and procedures of the company.
Conducts learning sessions to all concerned employees to ensure knowledge and compliance of the implementing guidelines of the company policies and to adequately address labor-related HR issues in both corrective and preventive manner.
Represents company during initial mandatory conciliation and provides settlement and labor disputes before the labor arbiter.
Ensures leaver process compliance such as exit interviews and clearances are done for all leavers.
Training & Development
Oversee the overall Training Initiates for the Philippines.
Monitor training completion of employees of all annual training plans and global programs that is not limited to internal and external conducted training programs, elearnings, etc.
Assists in any logistical requirement required for Training
Ensure Training Evaluations are done for all Trainings conducted and recommend actions to address any concerns or gaps identified.
Company and Government Compliance (DOLE and Safety Compliance)
Responsible for coordinating and implementing Occupational Safety and Health plans and programs.
Provide support to meet any compliance requirements during permit and licenses application.
Serves as Secretary to the health and safety committee; (prepares minutes of the meetings; report status of recommendations made; notify members of the meetings; and, submit to the management a report of the activities of the committee, including recommendations made.
Ensure all DOLE reports are created and submitted on time.
Performance Management
Ensure timely adherence in the Performance Development Review initiatives of the Company such as but is not limited to OKR setting and review.
Management of the (PIP) Performance Improvement Plan program in the Philippines.
Ensure proper monitoring of Employees enrolled under the (PIP) Performance Improvement Plan and that corresponding Company Disciplinary Procedure is followed for those who will be terminated due to non-performance.
Employee Engagement
Suggest employee engagement activities such as monthly minor/major activities addressing both retention and branding initiatives of the company.
Assists any logistical requirement required for employee engagement initiatives or HR and of Operations.
Budget monitoring for all employee engagement activities.
Assists in monitoring Covid19 positive cases
Mobility
Assists with any relocation process for expats when needed.
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
More than 7 years HR experience with min 3 years labor relations experience
Has excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate and interact with all levels in the Organization.
Fluent in English(oral & written)

Time management, planning and organizing skills
Leadership skills
Presentation skills
Coaching skills
Minimal requirement for level of education/degree: Bachelor degree
Major/subject required: Business, science, or related discipline; major in HR Management is preferred
Working knowledge on labor relations, training, employee engagement, DOLE and other government compliances requirement, mobility & office management.
Other HR knowledge is value-added, e.g. C&B, local labour laws/regulations.
